Decision was made by the Dean of the College establishment media unit at the college in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah of the year 1427 has been re-formed in 12/16/1429 AH.

Began this unit work under the name of the unit of media in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah of the year 1427 in 04/01/1431 AH decision was made dean of the college change its name to the unit of public relations , media and directly linked to the dean of the college, and is coordinating with the Department of Public Relations and Media and Business entrusted with a two-pronged The first is concerned with public relations and includes lifting the morale of the employees of the college as well as the development of programs for guests and visitors to the college in coordination with the Dean of the College and its units .......
The second part of the media and includes : definition of the community of the important role of the college through various media through the development of evidence -tariff for college in both Arabic and English , the preparation of documentary films and performances progressive for college, direct contact with different media to spread the news of the college and cover the activities of the college and its activities during the year academic and Totiqiha .
Finally we wish to visit units of the college academic and administrative for the achievements.

Serve the community through extension activities, training courses, workshops, conferences and symposia, and advisory services to the public, private and philanthropic sectors. About Station
Station research and agricultural experiments South Riyadh logic Dirab where away from the building of the Faculty of Science of Food and Agriculture is about 50 kilometers, has been established the station in 1396 -1976 AD on an area of about 220 hectares (2200 acres), an area under them in 1431 about 200 hectares it carried out many experiments and research on various types of agricultural crops field and this area also include fixed installations and buildings and roads up the longest 11 km.

Research is a major focus of the development and progress of nations and communities , and thanks to God and the efforts of researchers appeared many inventions into existence and pervaded usefulness of people throughout the world.
It is well known that the centers and research stations are the nucleus from which those inventions and innovations that are being developed and spread in Applied purposes . From this point to the importance of research work has established a research station and farm trials of the Faculty of Science of Food and Agriculture , King Saud University for more than three decades to be the nucleus for scientific research in the field of agriculture where she was one of the first research stations in the Kingdom in this area where it was the implementation of many of the studies and research scientific and applied that contributed to the development of agricultural development in the Kingdom during the last period , which extended its impact to the present time taking care to keep abreast of developments in the field of research in the future. Also contributed to the research station and agricultural experiments in the dissemination of knowledge and raise awareness among those interested in the field of agricultural society . The requirements of scientific research and tools of the basics that made sure Dean of the College and the Department of Research Station on the provision of a desire to urge and encourage researchers to do make serious scientific research and useful to keep our station flashlight radiating from the light of knowledge in the field of agriculture for people whole , and God is the best.
