Introducing the center
In the academic year 1984, the College of Agriculture established the Agricultural Extension Center as an interface between educational and research activities at the college and the external practical and operational realities of the agricultural sector. In order to support the agricultural renaissance, strengthen its bases, and develop a group of capable farmers, we are disseminating new knowledge in this field by using multiple extension methods. The purpose of this project is to advance agricultural production affairs and contribute to its steady progress.
As part of the college's agricultural extension process, the Agricultural Extension Center plays a significant role in paving the way for the practical application of results of agricultural research and successful modern techniques by utilizing the capabilities of the college's various departments, which are equipped with the most sophisticated laboratory and field equipment as well as highly qualified and distinguished human competencies.
