- The preparation of the strategic plan for the unit to fit the strategic plan of the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning and the deanship of electronic transactions and communications.
- Representation at meetings of the Board of Unity College , and the Council of units of e-learning and information technology.
- Oversee the completion of the unit's work and follow-up tasks.
- Study transactions enshrined Deanship of e-learning and distance learning and the deanship of electronic transactions and communications for the college , and respond to them , and raise the visuals around.
- Presided over the meetings of the unit , and the meetings of the coordinators of the academic departments in the college.
- Encourage faculty members to register in training programs related to e-learning .
- Preparation of periodic reports on the performance of the unit and its employees .
- Work to address the constraints faced by the functioning of the unity and resolve in coordination with the relevant authorities .
- Exchange of field visits with similar units inside and outside the university .
- Lifting Deanship of e-learning and distance learning acquisition proposal or provide some ready-made decisions that serve the college courses .
