Agricultural Extension Center was established at the Faculty of Agriculture in the academic year 1405/1406 AH front linking the activities of the college of education and research and the practical reality of the outer Executive of the agriculture sector and the agricultural and food industries , and through the dissemination of new knowledge in this area by using multiple means indicative
To support agricultural development and strengthen the rules and create a class of farmers who are able to promote the affairs of agricultural production and to work steadily on offer. In the framework to make way for the practical application of the results of agricultural research , and modern techniques of successful , the Agricultural Extension Center plays an important role in regulating the process of extension faculty scientifically sound to take advantage of the potential of different sections of the college , which boasts the latest equipment laboratory and field and competencies of qualified human and excellence in the fields of specializations numerous . Note that they have been changing the name of the center to the center of community service in the academic year 1433 - 1434 AH under the approval of the Rector of the new organizational structure of the college .
