Executive Summary

      The strategic plan project of the College of Food and Agriculture Sciences aims to draw a comprehensive, long-term plan, congruent with King Saud University's strategy, that will enable the College to achieve a leading role as a teaching and research institution, and to advance students' capabilities and skills, serve the society and attain a prominent place among best local and regional colleges. This will be accomplished by realizing the following strategic objectives:

  1. Attracting outstanding students and offering high quality education in different college specialties.
  2. Achieving excellence in research and promoting the culture of knowledge-based economy.
  3. Undertaking strategic studies on issues of national importance.
  4. Diversifying the College’s financial resources.
  5. Serving the society.
