  • Assist the academic departments and units of the College to carry out measurement and assessment.

  • Reporting the results of the assessment to the College units for the purpose of continuous improvement.

  • Provides technical support for the departments in academic accreditation issues.

  • Encourage initiatives for obtaining academic accreditation and professions from recognized institutions.

  • Spread the culture of quality and awareness among the College employees and awareness to meet   quality assurance.

  • Provide support and advice to academic departments and various units in all matters relating to quality issues and applications.

  • Providing counseling to maintain quality assurance at the college departments’ level.

  • Prepare flyers, brochures and pamphlets, as well as workshops and lectures for culture of quality dissemination at the college level.

  • Support and provide personnel training at the College, departments and unit level, to meet quality assurance.

  • Submission proposals and consulting to the College administration that will contribute to the improvement in professional performance in various academic departments.

  • Submission of proposals and advice on strategies and priorities for improving the overall performance within the university administratively and academically.

  •  Disseminate the objectives and elements of publicize it by using different methods (publications, books brochures, workshops, and lectures ... etc.) to the various academic departments and units of the college.

  • Supervision of the implementation of the strategic plan programs by the College academic departments and units.

  • Review and update the strategic plan of the College.

  • Cooperation with other colleges, educational and similar institutions to benefit from their experience and expertise in the field of strategic planning.

  • Perform any other functions assigned to the unit in its area of ​​competence.
