Tasks
- The unit act as a liaison between the Deanship of skills development and college.
- Identify training needs for employees of the college, and participate in the process of organizing training programs, and follow-up implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs.
- Encourage faculty and staff Joined training programs held by the Deanship of Skills Development.
- Development of standards and the different models that are used for evaluation and development of teaching performance of the faculty member, and help him to achieve professional excellence and scientific.
- Develop mechanisms for coordination and cooperation procedures with relevant units in the development of departments and deans and university centers.
