Tasks

  1. The unit act as a liaison between the Deanship of skills development and college.
  2. Identify training needs for employees of the college, and participate in the process of organizing training programs, and follow-up implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs.
  3. Encourage faculty and staff Joined training programs held by the Deanship of Skills Development.
  4. Development of standards and the different models that are used for evaluation and development of teaching performance of the faculty member, and help him to achieve professional excellence and scientific.
  5. Develop mechanisms for coordination and cooperation procedures with relevant units in the development of departments and deans and university centers.​
